James T. Gianulis has been involved in all aspects of real estate for three decades and has enjoyed a successful track record in real estate investments and personal asset management. Mr. Gianulis is a graduate of the University of Southern California School of Law and SDSU. He is a member of the California Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court. Among his numerous community service activities, Mr. Gianulis is on the Policy Advisory Board of the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate at the University of San Diego and has been a Trustee of the Salk Institute and a Director of the Sharp Hospital Foundation.
